  • After that, a 12% assured return will commence until the Occupancy Certificate (OC) is received, which will take approximately four years.
  • The remaining 50% will be payable at the time of OC and possession.
  •  After possession, a 7% lease rental will be provided for three years.

  • The first 90% payment must be completed within three months of booking.
  • After that, a 12% assured return will commence until the OC is received, which will take approximately four years.
